In the global mineral markets, the ability to manage high-volume commodities across vast geographic distances is a competitive advantage possessed only by leading players. In July 2025, we successfully executed a comprehensive project for the supply and transportation of 24,000 tons of 30% grade phosphate rock from El Hamrawein Port in Egypt to the Port of Karachi in Pakistan. The primary challenge of this project lay in managing bulk shipping operations while ensuring quality and strict adherence to CFR terms. Under this contract, we assumed full responsibility for freight cost management and cargo delivery to the destination port. Consequently, precise scheduling-from extraction at the mine to loading at El Hamrawein Port-and proactive coordination with inspection agencies, port authorities, and maritime shipping lines were our operational priorities to prevent any loading delays. Through diligent planning, we successfully executed the entire operation without incurring any demurrage charges at either the origin or the destination. Our team monitored the bulk loading process with precision, ensuring that the product’s quality remained uncompromised by environmental factors both at the origin and throughout the transit. This project not only demonstrates our capability in complex maritime logistics but also serves as evidence that our mineral supply chain-stretching from the mines of Africa to the major industries of South Asia-is engineered with precision and managed with flawless operational execution.
